Founder and CEO
Francis John Sesay Francis John Sesay is the Founder and CEO of Cassavity SL Limited. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from Njala University and is an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). In 2024, he became the first Sierra Leonean to win the StartUp Africa Youth Entrepreneur Award for his work in agricultural innovation and climate resilience.
Finance Officer
Fatmata Tarawallie Fatmata Tarawallie is the Finance Officer at Cassavity SL Limited. She holds a First-Class BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Makeni and a certificate in One Health from Kosepo, Kono District. Fatmata is passionate about women’s empowerment and gender equality, and has supported community initiatives impacting over 5,000 people through accountable and goal-driven leadership.

Kadia Sankoh Kadia Sankoh is the Marketing Lead at Cassavity SL Limited. specializing in brand development and business growth. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management from the University of Makeni. Logistics Officer
Abdulai Sesay Abdulai Sesay is the Logistics Operations Officer and Machine Operator at Cassavity SL Limited. With a background in Development Studies and experience in community mobilization, Abdulai has previously served as a project officer and board member at FWB, a non-profit focused on sustainable development. He plays a key role in optimizing supply chain management and production processes at Cassavity, supporting local agricultural transformation.
Machine Operator
Mariama Sannoh Mariama Sannoh is a Machine Operator at Cassavity S/L Limited, with a Bachelor’s degree (with Honours) in Agricultural Engineering from Njala University. She brings skills in waste management and hands-on experience from volunteering in climate resilience projects. Mariama is hardworking, reliable, and passionate about using her technical background to support sustainable agriculture and community development.
